Touch panel, also known as touch panel, is an inductive liquid crystal display device that can receive input signals such as contacts. When touching the graphic buttons on the screen, the touch feedback system on the screen can drive various connecting devices according to the pre programmed program, which can replace the mechanical button panel, and make dynamic audio-visual effect by the liquid crystal display screen.

Infrared touch screen is to detect and locate the user's touch by using the dense infrared matrix in X and Y directions. The infrared touch screen is equipped with a circuit board outer frame in front of the display, and the circuit board is arranged with infrared transmitting tubes and infrared receiving tubes on the four sides of the screen, one by one corresponding to the horizontal and vertical cross infrared matrix. When users touch the screen, their fingers will block the horizontal and vertical infrared rays passing through the position, so they can judge the position of the touch point on the screen.

Question 1: why do some parts of my conference all-in-one machine have touch, and some don't?

Reason 1: infrared touch is transmitted at one end and received at the other end. When you click on the screen with your finger or writing pen in the middle, a point of disconnection touch will be formed. Generally, there are obstacles around the inner side of the touch frame or a lot of dust will cause part of bad touch; make sure there are no obstacles in the touch frame and clean the screen.

Reason 2: the damage of some infrared emission lamps can be detected by touching the manufacturer's software.

Question 2: Why are all my conference tablets untouched?

Reason 1: the touch line of the main board is reversed. To see if the touch line is plugged in at the end of the touch box, check if the touch line at the end of the motherboard is plugged in the wrong way; if the touch line is plugged in the wrong way, it will burn directly and cause no touch on the whole screen. Then it can also be tested by touching the manufacturer's software.
